Jay Bramhall This album reminds me of all the late 2000's and early 10's electronic tracks that made me fall in love with the genre, while also being completely fresh. It hits a delicious midpoint between house and ambient; a little bit of Deadmau5, The Field, Kavinsky, and elements of others that I seem to discover each time I listen. "Joshua" is a great album for working, playing games, cooking dinner, or going for a drive. It does it all! Favorite track: Quartz.

jammingdevice French 79 is absolutely brilliant, with his latest release overflowing with anthemic triumph that is at once gleefully abandoned and calculated in its deep insights. The first two thirds or are like a victory, before touching on slightly more shadowy denouement in “4807” and on. French 79 sounds like Daft Punk got invited to score Hotline Miami 3 and refused to do angry ultraviolence, opting instead for catharsis and emotional release. Bravo. Favorite track: Hold On.
